The CDPH Learning Management System (LMS) is a web-based learning system designed to facilitate the learning and development of CDPH employees. The CDPH LMS is a tool to help employees manage their learning around the competencies that are necessary for them to be effectively prepared to do their job. In addition to CDPH specific competencies, the Core Competencies of Public Health and the Bioterrorism and Emergency Response and Readiness competencies developed through the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) have been employed in this system.
