How do I UNREGISTER for a course?
Login to LMS with your password. Click on the link My Courses. Now at the top of the page you will see the list of courses you are currently registered for. Look all the way to the right of the course title where it says Unregister Me. Click on this and you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately.

What kind of information should I put in when I use the feature "Add a Non-LMS Course"?
First, to access this feature go to the link My Courses. Toward the middle of the page you will see "Add a Non-LMS Course". Click on this button, and enter the appropriate dates and type of course, such as Satellite Uplink, CD-ROM module, classroom or video. For the description, enter the sponsor, total hours or days, and what skills were learned via this class.

What will the Calendar link tell me?
This link is constantly updated to promote monthly meetings, trainings or conferences taking place in Illinois on a Public Health or Emergency Preparedness topic. Often it includes internet links for more information.

Technical FAQ

I can't log on. What do I do?
You might not be using the correct username and password. You can retrieve your password by using the "retrieve password" functionality on the logon page. It will email the password to you.

What if I don't remember my username?
You have to contact the LMS administrator to get your username.
